There are many opportunities to get away from the rat race of life, and see turtles, geese, a river otter, egrets, cranes and backyard birds. The best time to go, is in the mid to late fall, and in the spring, but try to avoid mid day, but early morning and evening is the best time for most of the activity.
This preserve is beautiful! The flowers are well cared for, and the hikes are relaxing.
