Haven't received mail all week and I had mail expected. I had mail waiting in my mail box to be delivered and it was never picked up and yes the flag was up. Tried to call about it and was literally on hold for over an hour before I just gave up. I wonder if our regular carrier is on vacation, because this never happens. Worst customer service reps as far as phone goes.
