Just recently moved into my own place here in Menomonie. Recently i had issues with a package that was not delivered on time, however the tracking said so. I called first and then physically went down there when I didn't receive it for the second day in a row although tracking said it had been delivered. The people who worked the front desk were quite nice and helpful and I realized i needed a lock change, so i got it. Fortunately the issue with my package was resolved and it was just an issue with tracking, however that was not the end of it. I was waiting to receive my statement in the mail for my rent, however i noticed i wasn't getting any letters in the mail. I called the post office and the guy was very rude to me, eventually i kept intentionally pushing his buttons, because i wasn't happy with the customer service from that guy. It felt really nice to push his buttons.

I can't even put into words how bad this post office is.
