I have tried to get Google to change the hours but they have yet to do so. Here are the Hours.
Monday through Friday
7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
12:00 PM to 3:15 PM
Saturday
8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Passport service is available and walk ins are welcome, please allow 15 minutes per application.
