I've been going to this drycleaners for 24 years. Since the new owners, I will never go back again! Brought in my daughter's prom dress and asked for a quote for replacement of some of the rhinestones, cleaning it and boxing it up for long term storage. Three weeks later I finally had to call and they said they had no idea who the dress belonged to and what needed to be done. So again I explained everything I wanted done, she gave me a quote and told me it would be ready in about 3 weeks. After not hearing anything for over a month, I again had to call and was told that they're refusing to do it because it's to fragile (so I guess they refuse to clean wedding dresses now). I told her a phone call telling me this would have been nice. She said, I did call, I said, you didn't leave a message, guess what, she had nothing to say. NEVER AGAIN will I go to this drycleanes!!!
