Trek Bicycle Store Racine

If I could give 6/5 stars I would. Excellent, friendly, and highly enthusiastic service. John and Laura made us feel very welcomed into the store and were glad to let me use a stand to switch out my brake pads. John even pointed out a slight error in the assembly of my rack and was glad to fix it for me along with a detailed explanation, and he didnt even charge me for labor!! After an hour of being in the store it was clear that John and the other employees are very knowledgeable about bikes and are willing to share their expertise to those who are willing to learn. Will absolutely be stopping in again when in town. Highly recommended
