Good auction house, I have purchased many great items from them. These guys have a lot of items they have to prepare for the auction, it is the buyers responsibility to do their homework and inspect the items prior to bidding.

They don't follow any set way when auctioning items, constantly jumping around the building, arguing with each other. There not knowledgeable about most of the items, seems they make up stuff about them as well. They don't even say what the whole item is half the time when there auctioning it off. Comics they sell the say the name of the comic, but not the title of the issue or the issue number and what it originally costed, they only said when they were first or second numbers in the series, no date or month. They don't even check if there's more then 1 comic in the sleeve half the time. The caller seems annoyed if she has the start bidding less then what she wants to start it at.

Having been to three auctions with this company I have seen some seriously negative trends. I could write paragraphs about the problems they have but nobody wants to read that so I'll just give a short list: 1)parking is lacking, especially if you have a trailer. 2)the auctioneers spend half the time bickering and the other half waxing poetic about how "gorgeous," "beautiful, " and "vintage" the items are instead of selling. 3)they make rules about staying back from tables or being quieter once the auction starts and then never enforce anything or they change them later. 4)if they think the price you bid is too low they will just ignore it or treat it as a joke. 5)there is definitely a favoritism toward buyers in their own family or regular buyers, even delaying items 1.5 hrs for an brother/son-in-law because they wanted to see it. After driving 2 hours, it was severely frustrating to watch family members bidding items up. Having been to multiple auctions with several different auctioneers, I can honestly say these guys were the worst overall experience and we will not be returning.
