Oral Health Clinic is good enough for a small town dentist, but I think their techniques and technologies are getting a little outdated as well as their customer service skills could use some improving too.
I have gone there my whole life, and they took good enough care of my teeth when there were no problems to be had, but I'm afraid they may have played a roll of ignorance toward my overall long term jaw, and dental problems that are catching up to me in my adult life. A little more attention to my specific unique issues, and some preventative maintenance, could have prevented some of these issues. Tooth sensitivity and obvious evidence of grinding was going ignored by Oral Health Clinic. I am now paying the price to another oral health provider.
As far as the customer Service, staff is always friendly and helpful, but with the small town charms comes the small town gossip. There were a couple comments and conversations that took place during my visits there that I feel weren't professionally appropriate.
This provider is OK for a regular cleaning, but to make sure all your dental needs are met, I suggest teaming up with an orthodontist too, or getting a second opinion.
