I recently started seeing Dr. Ken for back pain, along with health and wellness expertise, and from the very beginning he has given me honest, authentic advice without trying to upsell anything, which after seeing many different doctors is exactly what I was looking for. His staff is absolutely wonderful and provides excellent customer service. Being in the customer service industry I understand how stressful it can get. With seeing how busy they get at times, they don’t miss a beat with providing awesome customer service and making my needs feel important. As a former athlete with continuous back pain, my back has felt great. I initially joined for the attached gym membership at Oak Creek Fitness, and I can’t say that many gyms include all of their fitness classes in their one-time membership fee, such as Yoga & Body Pump, which is also a huge added bonus.
