Dr. Todd Connell Orthodontics

Dr. Connell was recommended by my 14-year-old daughter's friend. Since our consultation was free, I decided that I'd take a chance on a teenager's doctor recommendation. Upon entering the office, my first reaction was, "Wow!"-bright, clean and not over-crowded. My daughter and I were seen within minutes of our appointment time, and Dr. Connell (and all of his staff) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Braces are expensive, but this office offers a convenient payment plan. We decided to proceed and scheduled our daughter's next visits. We showed up for (what I thought was) her first visit. There was a miscommunication; my calendar showed February appointments, but Dr. Connell's office showed March appointments. Not only did they offer a heartfelt apology for the mix up, they saw my daughter anyway-and rescheduled her next appointment with a smile. They handled the entire situation with grace, and nobody made us feel bad for the error. I would HIGHLY recommend this office. I've worked in the optical industry for many years, and I believe patients should be treated just as I was at Dr. Connell's office.
