Nuance Hair Design

I have been here a total of two times, my first experience was when my friend was still working here, but she moved away; I didn't know that with her being gone that my second experience would be a bad one. My stylist didn't even know what she was doing, a large amount of time was spent on her asking the other stylists what to color my hair and how to color it, so I knew right then and there that coming here again was going to be a mistake. I already knew what I wanted for a hair color, but they insisted on doing it their way, sectioned my hair and colored it 4 different colors, the top layer being red which is not even close to what I wanted, I wanted it to be more of a dark plum color. I used to go to a stylist in Ripon but started coming here to be closer to home, she has colored my hair numerous times and never has gotten hair dye on my scalp, here at Nuance, my scalp was pink for a week, and on top of that, all of my hair wasn't even colored, it was horribly done. I was also told personally that they would follow up with me in a couple of days if the pink on my scalp hadn't gone away and they never got back to me, I didn't even bother to make a call to them about it as I will never be coming here again, I will be going back to my stylist in Ripon.
