Prices are good, the place seems alright. The hours are nice for anyone with a odd schedule like a 3rd shift worker.

It's clean good working order machines gets the job done

The machines are poorly maintained; many of the seals are mildewed and are in need of replacement, or at least a good wipe down with diluted bleach. Several of the machines were marked "out of order" today and on a busy weekend, that is unacceptable. Many of the dryers don't even properly heat and despite light loads, the drying is spotty, some items are still unacceptably damp. No, I don't overload the dryers. A few times I have left a refund request in the mail box, once for a washer that failed to spin all the water out and a few times for a dryer that never heated and I needed to move the loads to another dryer. NONE of the refund requests were ever addressed or acknowledged. It's also dirty every time I have gone there. This seems to be the only laundromat in Deforest, will likely take my laundry into Madison.
