Menominee Park Zoo

It’s a small zoo, not too many animals, but still a very good place to spend time on a sunny nice weekend. Or even to take a walk on a quiet day. Its FREE. Also spend time on the beautiful Winnebago lakeside, which is a great place just next to the zoo. We enjoyed chatting with the zoo staff too, who were all nice and socializing with visitors. So many families and kids were present.

It's nice to have a small zoo in Oshkosh. The whole Menominee Park are is an asset to the city. They zoo is spending money to upgrade the facilities which is a welcome site as it was looking very dated. Some of the animals don't seem to be thriving but then others do. It's definitely worth a check out at least once.
