Martinizing Dry Cleaning

Brought in a number of ties that all came back smelly. Manager refused to do anything, even saying "we provided you with a service, there'a no guarantee clothes will come back clean." Of course as a cleaners (and a very overpriced one at that), you would expect them to perform said service. Also brought in a suit with a small dirt patch on the pocket that came back uncleaned. The only thing this dry cleaner does is to send your bank account to the cleaners. They fail at there one task, and then the store manager screws over their customers when they complain.
