Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wausau

Would love to give a 5 star review because the hotel is very nice an clean. However their customer service is not good. I had a question for the front desk and Jen was extremely rude and confrontational. I was taken off guard by her reaction so I was speechless and she continued on with more annoyance until I just walked away but not before asking her name. I travel a lot and am extremely surprised at how I was treated.

Beware! there are thieves in housekeeping. The housing manager is reluctant to help customers retrieve their items, or is unethically covering for deviant employee(s) Still want my Bose speaker back
