I bought my wife's engagement ring there and they stand behind their product. I custom ordered a ring, and one prong unfortunately broke and we lost one sapphire twice. Thankfully the staff genuinely cares and fixed it at no cost. Plus, my family has been going there for years. I would highly recommend.
