D&G Express Service

I cannot say how terrible of service they provided. Booked several loads with Duane for a project and the first move of the project his company said the driver was on his way in the morning. Touched base with them in the afternoon and Duane gave me a story of how the driver was in an accident on Friday and the tractor is ruined. If that were to be true then the fact that a courtesy call/email couldn't be sent out to notify us and why did his safety supervisor tell us a drivers name and that they were on his way in the morning. Terrible service and not trustworthy at all.

By far one of the BEST carriers in WI!! Sue is awesome to work with and drivers are great at delivering loads on time! Highly recommended!
