As soon as I turned the corner into the grooming area I was stunned with how clean, great smelling, and quiet it was with multiple dogs being dropped off. Kathy and her assistant have a true gift for keeping the dogs calm. My maltese pomeranian dog was groomed exactly the way I requested, only with softer hair than he's ever had before! I've been to three different groomers in the Madison area, my coworker told me about this one, and it is the best so far. I love that I can drop him off before work and pick him up after a full work day, no extra charge. Calling by phone works better than leaving a message through her website. Give her a try, you won't be disappointed!
