Our Dachshund mix had dental issues including a couple extractions and a $700 quote from my vet in Chicago prompted me to shop around. Why not visit my family and have my dogs dental issues taken care of in one visit? The associates were very kind, efficient, and helpful but could benefit from learning more about the basics of veterinary medicine such as; possible complications, generals of procedures, follow-up instructions, etc and more specifics of their retail area. That is not to say in any way they are incompetent...quite the opposite. I only mention it because it may help the overall business become more efficient and stream lined. The Dr. was very detailed in explaining the specifics of the problems and process. The facility is meticulously clean and the costs are competitive. They now have loyal patients for life.
