I was suggested this place by family with good luck. Now I take reality and fairness into consideration when making reviews. We took our cat to his check up and nueter appointment. We were careful to follow the pre-pre-appointment limitation such as no food after 8pm. We were greeted friendly and welcoming. I wish I could state the pick up was the same. We had tried to make a payment but the office was simply too busy to even greet us for 20 min. We left and returned after the call to pick up. We were not greeted as friendly welcomed clients. We received a rather snobby attitude stating the cat had deficated under their care in the holding crate. We had received our cat covered in poop. It did not seem they gave much effort to even clean him. I understand a bath is not possible with the procedure but they left streaks and clumps of fecies on him. Highly unprofessional service. I must say his genitals looked rough, like it was rushed. I feel this office is taking way more clients than they can properly give care too. We were than handed our invoice of bill stating we have 30 days to pay even though the receptionist stated we must pay by closing time. I'm not disputing paying the bill, but very terrible bussiness practice that needs to be noted. This ruined our day, $117.75 for a rude service, careless removal of my animals genitals, returned covered in fecies is almost insulting to me. Won't return for certain.
