Hard to get ahold of. Office usually not staffed.

Supposed to be a climate controlled unit I rented. But I keep a temp and humidity monitor in my unit and it's not maintaining the parameters I was told. Mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they monitor it closely so I must be wrong.
