Service Department:
They are friendly, they are curteous but I was there for the service of my truck, I am giving single star so that the higher management may look here. Their service department is not proactive. When the car completely broke down then they give the estimate, they do not inform in advance.
I currently have Honda, Toyota, Mercedes and GMC. All other service people except from GMC Zimbrick informs me earlier about the upcoming expenses.
