I went in today to pick out a wedding set that was on sale and had a budget to go by. Cindy was very patient and helpful in making sure i found the right set. After about an hour of trying rings on she picked out the perfect set for me. Her and the manager also assisted me with a different ring i have in for repair. We will always do business with this store in Fond Du Lac and highly recommend it. Thank you Cindy for being so kind, patient, and helpful to get me the ring of my dreams. Brenda

The customer service is terrible at this location. I will NOT be going back to this one ever again! I will go to Green Bay where they are AMAZING!
