We built with Zach Builders in 1996 and it was a great experience. I heard stories from other people saying that building a house was a nightmare. Well it wasn't with the Zach's. We didn't want a cookie-cutter home, we wanted a custom home with our input and theirs. That's what we got and we love it. They made it look like a log home and incorporated modern touches so it was the best of both worlds.
I would highly recommend Zach Builders if you're considering building a custom home.
