First and foremost the employees rock but my review is more about how they treat there employees. My boyfriend works for Advanced through a temp agency and has been there over six months. He has been a very hard worker and does not get paid nearly as much as he should. He works ten hour days and five days week and because it's through the end agency he gets paid way less. The company won't hire him on for another year and I assume it's because of past mistakes he has made but he has changed. New person new life new location and is doing everything right but we are robbing Peter to pay Paul and still don't have anything left in the end and we live on a tight budget. I wish you would pay more through the temp agency. We also are customers and other then carelessness of the drivers not picking everything up we have had no problem. The staff is awesome and I would be giving it a 1 star if it wasn't for that.
