After reading the other reviews I'm thinking we must have a different Advanced Disposal that services Vesper. We have had nothing but a positive experience with both the trash and recycling pick-up. We try to be tidy when setting out the trash for pick-up, but the occasional stray animal will get into the bag before it's picked up, and the Advanced Disposal employee is very conscientious in picking up any trash that may have been blown around. I've witnessed them cleaning up messes weekly when previous neighbors put small mountains of trash out for pick-up with no concern about keeping the trash contained to one area. The employees are always friendly, with a wave and smile. We've had much the same experience on the rare occasion that we telephoned the office with a question. Costs continue to go up for everything, so why wouldn't that be expected from Advanced Disposal as well. We don't like it, but it's the norm nowadays.
