I've never had a bad experience here, and I'm very low income. They will work with you to code your expenses so that your insurance covers it. I feel my doctor listens to me and is willing to try things that I suggest. They are willing to give me a referral whenever I need it, which is often. The receptionists are so sweet and they speak Spanish. They also have a translator for other language needs. They are sympathetic and accommodating to my blood draw phobia. I'm sorry that others had a bad experience here but it's been great for me. (I've never seen anyone treated poorly in the waiting room or pharmacy either, fyi) Thanks!
