I usually go to this place a lot. Well this morning I wanted to take my sister to this great place. As much as I talked it up, I was foolishly wrong! The waitress took our order and brought our coffee. We waited 30 min before our food even got on the skillet. We ordered eggs!!! A group of people walked in 15 min after we arrived and ordered, yet they got their cheeseburgers before she even put our food in! When I asked the waitress about or food, her response was completely rude and unprofessional. And then in the middle of my response, she walked off. I was astounded! So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager on duty was the exact same way. Completely rude with no apologies. We finally got our food after 40 min of waiting and our eggs and hash browns were still raw! We decided to just leave. As we were leaving, both the waitress and the manager were laughing like it was all a joke. I am going to rethink coming to this place ever again!!! The joke is on them!
