Very shady realty company. They listed the lot I bought. They had 2 adjoining lots for sale. They had the parcel id's numbers wrong on the MLS listing. The one we put the purchase agreement on was different than the ID on the MLS listing The lot I wanted was the more expensive one. For their screw up the seller and I both had to come to the table with more money Stay far away from them.
