Terrible communication and service. Purchase a Groupon 6 weeks ago, called to schedule and they told me I had to wait until April 26 (today). They now are telling me they changed all their stipulations on the Groupon, and hours, to where my wife and I (who work) are not able to come it. Absolutely in acceptable. If it’s not frustrating enough to wait 6 weeks to schedule an appointment, it is when they tell you that they just changed all their hours and only let you schedule Groupon on Tuesday and Friday.
I recommend finding another massage therapist to see in the area. This place will just end in frustration.
