Great experience today at this A&W. It was pretty busy but there was quick attentive service, but what really stood out was a staff member or maybe manager (I believe Brian) was walking around, asking customers how everyone was, offering to get more condiments, and even refilled my mug of root beer for me. Not to get too cheesy, but made me feel like this was probably how it was back when A&W drive thru's 1st started opening. Definitely not what you've come to expect from fast food these days. Always like to stop in this store, will continue to do so whenever I can. Don't let the awkward on/off ramp situation deter you, it's well worth it.
