Bring your pillow and blanket. I waited 1.5 hours on Thanksgiving eve. Only 2 customers in whole store with the only 2 sales people. I simply wanted to hand them exact money for my bill. Never recognized me sitting in the entrance door. left the store and did it online. I did not want to use my bank card to do so. Otherwise, the other experiences have been great. Nice people, helped a bunch.

Problems with staff knowledge, and in one case pure laziness since being bought out earlier this year. Will give them further opportunities to improve.
