Van Horn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Manitowoc

My Dodge Mini van had a recall which needed to be serviced by this dealership. This was my first experience with them. They were awesome!! My appointment was first thing on a Monday morning and every one was very helpful. Antonio was by far the most helpful. He was very pleasant and considerate of my time. I will be coming back for future service needs.

I traded my Chrysler 200 in for a Jeep Compass Latitude and worked with Katelyn. She was awesome to work with, and answered my questions to make me feel more confident in purchasing the vehicle. The manager did his typical sales pitch but was very nice, and let us take the vehicle over the weekend. We worked with Issac to finance and he was awesome to work with, not to pushy. Overall I had a very positive experience and would come back to purchase again in the future as this is my second time purchasing from here.
