The Valley Inn

This place is disgusting! Reeks of mold, rotten food, cigarettes, and stale beer. The rooms are barley cleaned when you go in, I even saw someone else hair in the shower....gross! I couldn't stand to even look under the bed. Large stains on the carpet and an overwhelming smell that doesn't go away. The worst though was the cockroaches. You will also see tons of spider webs and large spiders probably feasting on the cockroaches. The people living there are as disgusting as the place. You'll see tons of sloppy drunks hanging out cussing and making perverted bar room jokes. Drugs are all over this dump and the police were there often. No male seemed to wear a shirt. The only backround check they did was ask if we were ever evicted. The management is horrible. The lady with a pony tail and glasses is a real nasty person to deal with. Figure this place will cost you 150$ more then it says because you won't get your security deposit, they pretty much tell you that upfront. This place is also in the middle of an industrial area. Nearest thing to it is a gas station about a mile up the road. Not a very good place to come if you don't have a car or truck. You also aren't allowed to stay more than 2 months. If you need to stay somewhere long term I would recommend the Richmond street inn or the buget inn, both nearby. Avoid at all cost these are slumlords!
