Giving this dealership one star is much too generous. Believe all the lower star reviews and complaints that you see on here in regards to V&H. They don't care about customer service or the quality of their supposedly inspected used vehicles. I bought a used F150 that was just out of warranty and have had multiple problems with it. I chose not to buy the extended warranty coverage at the time of sale and in their mind that means they don't have to stand behind their vehicles. I've only put 1500 miles on my truck and it's back in the shop again with engine problems. This after spending $3000 last month on a new back window and transmission rebuild. In conversation with V&H about it, they say there isn't anything they can do since I didn't purchase the extended warranty. Obviously there are many things they could do to work with me on the issues, but they chose not to. Bottom line is they simply don't care. Please steer clear of this dealer.....All you'll end up with is anger and frustration.
