I'm posting on behalf of my mother she called me today after her appointment at Utopia Nails in tear. Not only did she pay for a full manicure and full Crystal set she didn't receive half of the services she paid for. The nail technician did a very sloppy job and rushed through every process, skipping many! He cut the tips far shorter than she had asked for. Did the design (which wasnt even what she wanted because she was informed they didnt have the tools to do what she wanted, a simple leaf) and left nail polish on the bottom of her hands. Applied way too thick of a layer of the crystal gel, almost to the point where it looks unnatural! It is smeared all over her fingers and she is going to a wedding tomorrow. She is not happy and will not ever be returning. They say if someone has a good experience they will tell 4 people and if they have a bad experience they tell 20. Well triple that and that's how many people I will be referring to go anywhere but Utopia nails!
