I had brought them some packages to be shipped back to the sender. I didn't get a receipt, and the packages weren't ever mailed back to the senders. Which in turn made me have to pay for the merchandise that I had them to return back to the companies. When I tried to tell the companies that I had the packages sent back to them, they said they never received them, and I'm responsible for paying for them if I didn't have proof or a receipt from the post office. When I asked the post office did they still have the packages they said I needed the tracking number, which of course I didn't have because its on the packages. I think that it could of been handled in a different way. I never will use them again. It just left me feeling like I couldn't trust them to do there job the right way.
