I've stopped by this branch a few times and my experience has continually been less than adequate. Some of the employees here seem uninterested and a bit grumpy. The interior atmosphere is also uninviting. I called for some questions about my credit card and talked to two different people who couldn't give me a direct answer. I ended up just having to call the credit card company customer service line. I've had great service at other US Bank branches, but this one keeps letting me down.
