I brought my 2003 325xi 5-speed to Matt and Ryan when I bought it a few years ago and they gave it a thorough inspection and then suggested a maintenance plan that I've followed ever since. These guys know my car better than I do. I had the shocks replaced last winter and it was noted on the bill that there was some noise in the rear, which slightly alarmed me, but when I drove off I heard nothing. I stopped in the shop later that week and asked about the noise and after some conversation it was determined it was something their senses were attuned to that escaped my notice. Matt and Ryan are essentially the equivalent of piano tuners in the world of BMW indy mechanics. Take your car to them and listen to them and consider their opinions and suggestions because they know more about your car than you will ever know . . .
