The UPS Store

My work uses this location to check in/send packages. The staff is friendly, Helpful and knowledgeable. Lucinda and Brad are great to work with. They really care about there customers needs. Recently Lucinda help me deal with issues I had with packages I mailed for work. She helped guide me through the processes of trying to resolve the issue, told me who to contact and explained to me how to ask for a refund for a package that was not delivered on time. She was more helpful than the UPS customer service reps I spoke to on the phone about the Issue. Lucinda is patient when working with customers and has been very patient training the new associate (worker) at the UPS Store. Overall I would definitely recommend this Location of the UPS store for your shipping, printing and copying needs.

I have had excellent service for mailing, printing, shredding----anything I've needed in this area. I'm so glad they are in the neighborhood. An asset for sure.
