Maintenance issues were handled quickly and directly, with most issues fixed by Mr. Culver (the owner) himself.
He was very accommodating and understanding to issues regarding flatmates and neighbors, addressing problems fairly and directly. In one instance, we had a flatmate who habitually failed to pay on time, and Mr. Culver did not charge the rest of us the punitive late fee for those months, though he rightly could have.
It was very apparent during my interactions with Mr. Culver that he was very experienced in handling student housing properties as well as standard rental properties. He also demonstrated himself to be a businessman who understands that reputation is more important in the long term than his bottom line.
