I finally found a awesome person to cut my hair!!!! Expensive but worth it.... while I was trying to pay my bill....a overly made up girl gave me a hard time because my phone number was not in there system...not a big deal ...but when I explained the manager in the salon said it was...she got VERY VERY SNOBBY....then she stormed out and some Asian woman started yelling at me ...saying I was RUDE..... it is no wonder good company's fail....Staff members should never ever start arguments with Customers. Then make them feel like they did something wrong...

I've been in this location 3 or 4 times in the past few months and have never been asked if i need help. Its impossible to find an employee to ask a question to because unless you want a makeover or are ready to check out they avoid you like the plague.
