U-Haul Moving & Storage of Les Paul Parkway

If I could rate nothing I would have. The person working the counter was extremely slow, and had 4 people waitimg when I got in line. 20 min later he tells me I couldn't purchase the small dish boxes I wanted without purchasing the dish package set....all I wanted was the boxes. He said I could use what I wanted from it and discard the rest. Why would I buy the set to not use it just to get the box I originally wanted in the first place?!? Then he says I can buy the other small boxes available, thanks genious If I wanted the thinner box for my China I would have bought those in the first place. Wanted the thicker box, he wouldn't sell it to me. Stupid.
