After beeing a customer for over 4 years I wait a week for my car to be service. I made an appointment with a quoted for services needed. I specifically ask if someone can take me to my house since I have a small kid and can't wait. When I arrived to my appointment the owner look very stress out since one employee was out. He mentioned that he would be able to take me home. I arrange for pick up (I understood things happen). While I wait to be pick up he started to mentioned all kind of other problems the car can have without even looking at the car. He even try to pull out a picture of a car to explain more issues "that can come up". I feel from the beginning he didn't want to service me. He literally refused to continued with the transaction. He was very rude and just mentioning what can BE WRONG rather than to provided with solutions. Very disappointed. Will never go again. Nor recommend to my mom friends.
