Arrived at hotel on 03/26/18 at approx.10:30 for an early check-in....hotel desk clerk was very stern & slightly rude because I ask for an early check-in..,she inform me that check-in time is at or after 3p.m...website states clearly that they offer early check-in IF room is available or when someone checks out they will clean you a room while u wait...mostly all hotels provide this accommodations due 2 being located by an airport....however this hotel which is close by the airport,(so close that their previous name was Airport Inn...)desk clerk was visible upset that I ask for what their website says they offer...
