Very dishonest and shady. My fiance dropped her car off for an estimate of repairs and they tried charging us double of what their system estimated. Over the phone they said the total cost would be 1400 dollars for everything to be repaired, but the copies of the estimates they gave us came to a total of 720 dollars. They also "fixed" her trunk which wasn't latching properly before discussing a price with her or asking if she wanted them to. I say "fixed" because all they did was bend a piece of metal back in place which probably took 10 seconds and very little effort. When trying to pick her car up they asked her to pay 85 dollars for this trunk "fix". When reviewing the printed estimates with her, I noticed that the 85 dollars was actually an estimate for her ABS brake line to be repaired, and had nothing to do with the trunk. The technician was very rude to her and insisted she had to pay them, stating that "you don't go to the grocery store and get groceries for free, do you?".
