Tom was incredibly attentive and made sure that I would get exactly what I wanted. He even reminded me of details I forgot to mention when I talked with Laurie. Throughout the process, he was incredibly accommodating, patient and helpful, and never pushy.
Laurie was also amazing. She worked through all the details of the ring with me, and she knew exactly what is and isn't possible and what the best way to accomplish certain details is, and made sure to explain it to me in detail so I could make the best choices. Even with my at best poor descriptions she got it to look exactly how I imagined it - better in fact.
