Hard for me to believe that bad review. Cleanliness to no end. Instructions to see puppies but wash hands in between. Healthiest puppy I've ever bought. Happy, loving and a joy, easily trained. I know that the ride home for him was an adjustment, being taken from the temporary home he knew, but LOVING PATIENCE is necessary to get them through, the right foods, adjusting them to you, but you also to them. Smell... None, other than that of pets and pet products, no different than a Vets office. This place loves their pups and highly recommend this place for anyone seriously committing to a dog. Remember, pups are babies that requires much time, patience, love and money for proper upkeep. 3 years ago we found this place. No regrets!
