Great place, great owners, excellent price. Great location so no driving. Walk anywhere in the Downtown Dells. Did I say no driving?

True story. We made a reservation weeks in advanced. Upon arriving, after driving hundreds of miles to get there, we were told by the horrible lady who had taken our reservation that had given our room away to someone who "wanted to stay longer", and that there were no other rooms. We couldn't believe it. When we tried to figure out what happened and why they would do this, she told us to leave and threatened to call the cops. I'm not kidding, and no, my wife and I did not do or say anything that would require the police; we were upset and trying to make sense out of the situation like anyone else would. It was like a scene out of a movie and it nearly completely ruined our vacation because for a while, we had nowhere to stay. Very shady business, very shady people. Please do not support this; you don't want to make the same mistake we did by trusting these awful people.
