For 30 years I've ordered all my appliances from Woodruff Appliance. However, my most recent experience with them has been a NIGHTMARE! I ordered a new double convection oven, side by side refrigerator and dryer from them. I paid cash for the full price of the appliances around Thanksgiving. I am STILL waiting for my refrigerator to be delivered and it's now New Years. Depending on who my sister and I talk to at the store, the story differs but it's obvious the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. The other day my refrigerator was on the truck being delivered today, this morning no one knew anything about a new refrigerator and after apparently investigating, claims it's NOW on a truck that won't arrive until next Thursday. The installation of my dryer was a mess, requiring my sister and I to get parts at the hardware store and re-install it ourselves so it was both up to code and not completely blocking my electrical fuse box. I was going to order a new dishwasher and washer from them but will now go elsewhere. I don't know what happened to Woodruff Appliance over the years that it's in the sad shape it's in...but I'll not buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
